Q. I just registered as a student. How do I prove my student status?
Please present your student identification card when you pick up your registration packet at the beginning of the conference.

Q. How do I get an Invoice?
You will be able to print a receipt at the time of payment. We regret we are unable to invoice institutions directly.
Q. How do I get a refund?
Contact us at Info@WCUME2019.org. Refunds will be offered for extenuating circumstances only and are handled on a case-by-case basis. The organizers decision on refund status is final. We regret that we cannot consider any refund requests on or after June 30, 20198.
Q. How do I obtain an invitation letter for visa purposes?
Contact us at Info@WCUME2019.org for an invitation letter. Letters will only be issued to participants with a paid conference registration.
Q. How do I obtain a visa for travel purposes?
